The following quote from Intermountain Yearly Meeting was read at the Rise of Meeting on Sunday, September 15, 2019:

“The heart of the Religious Society of Friends is meeting for worship. It calls us to offer ourselves, body, mind, and soul, to wait in active anticipation for the revelation of the Spirit.”
